How do we know what kind of photo session we need
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish, and we can help shape the session around that goal. Sometimes that means a short headshot session. Sometimes it means a more complete shoot for your website, team, event, or marketing materials.
Do you help plan the shoot
Yes. We can help with timing, location, shot priorities, and the overall flow of the session. For business photography, a little planning goes a long way. We want the shoot to feel organized without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
What should people wear
It depends on the type of shoot, your brand, and how the photos will be used. In general, we recommend clothing that feels professional, comfortable, and true to the person or organization being photographed. We can offer simple guidance before the shoot so everyone feels prepared.
What if someone is uncomfortable having their photo taken
That is very normal. Most people are not professional models, and they do not need to be. We keep things relaxed, give clear direction, and work quickly enough that the experience does not become awkward or overthought.
Can you match the style of our existing photos
Usually, yes. If you already have staff photos, brand images, or a visual style you want to maintain, send us examples. We can let you know what is realistic and how closely we can match the look.
Why are your packages based on hours
Because shooting schedules vary widely. Hour-based packages allow flexibility while keeping coverage realistic and sustainable. We help you place those hours where they matter most.
Can you work around our business hours
Yes. We can plan around your schedule as much as possible. For offices, teams, events, and active workplaces, we try to keep the process efficient so the shoot does not take over the day.
Can you remove blemishes or do retouching
Yes. We keep retouching clean and natural. The goal is to make people look polished, not fake. If there are specific retouching needs, we can discuss them before or after the shoot.
