We Make the Process So Easy

Shooting

First we decide which type of product you are looking to produce. Examples are below. Next we arrange a shoot depending on convenience for your clients. You don’t even need be there. It takes 45 mins to shoot on average. We are extremely non-intrusive and respectful in people’s homes. In some packages, we fly a drone over the home so that we can see the lay of the land, and what is around the area.

Editing

In post-production, we cut together all of the shots seamlessly, as well as add pleasant music. If you would like, we are also able to add narration to the video, so that you can relay important information to the client, giving them the feeling that they are in a showing of the home. You have the choice of performing the narration, or our in house specialist can do it based on your features sheet. If you prefer to place captions in the video, we can do that instead.

Uploading

We put the videos onto your YouTube channel which, if needed,  we can create for you. Once the video goes viral, the sky’s the limit. The benefit of having your video accessible via YouTube is that you can embed the walkthrough onto your website or MLS site. You can also post the video on Facebook or Twitter to greatly increase your exposure.

Typical turnaround time is no longer than 1 or 2 business days!
